These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rubain Technologies website at rubaintechnologies.com and our recruitment services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Rubain Technologies provides recruitment and talent acquisition services including but not limited to:
- IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Executive search and headhunting
- Contract and temporary staffing
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Bulk hiring and campus recruitment
- Background verification assistance
2. Employer/Client Terms
Fees and Payment
Recruitment fees are agreed upon in writing before the commencement of services. Payment terms are typically Net-30 from the candidate's date of joining. Late payments may attract interest as specified in the service agreement.
Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed replacement period (typically 30-90 days depending on the role level), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the service agreement.
3. Candidate Terms
By submitting your resume or applying for positions through our platform:
- You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- You consent to your profile being shared with relevant employers
- You understand that submission does not guarantee placement
- You agree to inform us of any changes to your availability or contact information
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Rubain Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rubain Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for candidates already placed or in the interview pipeline will remain payable as per the original terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
